You can participate in Angel Wings. This is the crowdfunding platform for a syndicate of business angels. This creates opportunities for co-investment with one or more lead angels. More angels together can realize a larger investment.
What does BAN Flanders expect from you?
You are willing to bring your experience, network and know-how to the companies you participate in, in an active and free way. Read BAN Flanders’ code of conduct for business angels here.
You are willing to make an investment for an amount between 25.000 and 200.000€. The average investment per project is 150.000€.
You have (had) a successful career in business and have extensive investor experience. In addition, managerial skills and motivation are also important.
You sign the membership contract and accompanying code of conduct.
What does it cost?
Each business angel pays an annual registration fee of 650€ (VAT excl.) for the offered services. This amount includes the participation to all activities organised by BAN Flanders.
The registration fee is valid for 1 calendar year and will be charged in the month of January of each year. When joining in the course of a calendar year, the registration fee is calculated on the basis of the number of months still to run, including the started month.
